API GL-5 GEAR OILS are multipurpose,extreme pressure gear lu-bricants which are recommended for hypoid and bevel gear sets used inmany front and rear drive differentials. These gear oils are intended for ser-vice fill, top off and refill of hypoid and other drive axles which recommendAPI GL-5 gear lubricants. Can be used as a top off in limited slip applications,but is not a limited slip capable product intended for fill or refill.
